    A. There is no charge. Consultation is free.

    A. We work on a contingency fee basis. That means we do not get paid unless you win your case. Meet with Jason for information regarding fees.

  • Q: What type(s) of benefits am I eligible for?

    A. That depends. Social Security offers different types of disability benefits, including disability insurance benefits, disabled widows or widower’s benefits, child’s disability benefits, disabled adult child benefits, and supplemental security income benefits. 

  • Q: What do I do if Social Security turns down my claim?
